					<title>Sales Manager - Germany - Sales - London</title>

					<description><![CDATA[My client, a leading multi-asset software vendor, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager to market their front end trading applications to the German speaking territories.

The right candidate should have previous experience in selling order management or execution management systems. Candidates should have a good understanding of algorithmic trading applications (EMS, OMS) and should be able to communicate at trader level. A good understanding of electronic, algorithmic and program trading is a pre-requisite as is general connectivity and vendor providers. The role involves marketing to the German speaking territories so fluency in German is preferred. Cross asset class comprehension is required, with bias towards equities and FX. A strong client base on the buy side is a strong asset. 
Remuneration is highly competitive and the role is open to either to a Sales Manager or Sales Director.

					<description><![CDATA[My client, the leading Global Players in E-Trading &amp; Order Management arena are seeking a Business/Product Manager to shape the product to future market initiatives in the E-trading Fixed Income Order Managment arena.

The business manager will be responsible for driving the direction of the order management module for the sell side trading system in Europe. This will include delivering live markets to a network of e-trading platforms, receiving and routing inbound orders/inquiries and final execution of the trade. You will be working with sales, clients and potential business partners to define the strategy. Business managers are responsible for defining requirements, working with R&D to build the product as well as training support staff and sales during implementation phases.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with fixed income electronic order flow at either a sell-side institute or vendor
- Previous experience with fixed income electronic trading and order management 
- Knowledge of FIX Protocol 
- Excellent communications skills 
- Strong project management skills
- Previous front office experience with building sell-side trading systems would be an advantage

The Role
