Also, interpreting variants of term sheets for new FX products and distilling these down to an accurate specification for pricing screens and tools suitable for traders trading these products.

Or you will have familiarity in bespoke derivatives term sheets, the industry standard valuation models and street practices used for security valuation and portfolio risk analysis is imperative. Experience using Numerix and other derivative pricing platforms is a plus.

- Structuring background with an understanding of derivatives models including market conventions, vanilla/exotic options, and market practices regarding bespoke exotic valuation and hedging. Qualifications:

Technical Requirements
 
 Computer Science degree or technical qualification
 Knowledge of JAVA or FIX protocol or C++
 Technical project management methodologies
 Knowledge of finance/trading (desirable)

Experience 

 2- 3 years in a development role (3-5yrs experience overall)
 Level 2 support, including reading logs and trouble shooting an application
 Management of project  i.e. be able to capture from day one what the client wants through to on-time delivery
 Team leadership

To qualify for this role you should be an;- 

Experienced enterprise software sales executive with proven track record of success selling software solutions to the UK investment banking sector. 
Educated to degree level.
 Demonstrable and sustained track record of sales success with a proven track record of meeting sales targets with experience in both direct and indirect sales. 
Experience of selling complex enterprise wide technology solutions. 
Comfortable selling both to the business and technology. 
Comfortable with defining and communicating value propositions. 
Hungry and tenacious. 

Skills;- 

Ability to initiate and sustain relationships with large and medium sized investment management firms and hedge funds 
Ability to deal successfully equally with IT and non-IT business functions 
Confidence and credibility to work at Managing Director, VP, CIO level plus all other senior, middle management and junior roles as required to develop and close sales 
Good understanding of business process 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Excellent presentation skills 
Analytical yet empathetic approach to problem solving at customer level 
Experience of working with and leveraging channel partners and systems integrators 
Excellent long term relationship builder and team player 
Ability to work both independently and as a team member 

Responsibilities;- 

Reach sales goals set by management 
Develop a customer base necessary to meet all sales quotas 
Maintain a high level of company and product knowledge 
Produce and maintain strategic account plans for target accounts incorporating: 
o New business target revenue for that account for stated fiscal year 
o Key organisational structure with name, position and contact details 
o Contact plan for above including objectives for reaching stated key contacts together with timescales 
o Planned engagement approach and account development activity 
Prospecting for new business, preparing/presenting proposals and maintaining relationships with customers, prospective customers and partners. 
Serve as a point of contact for customer business issues 
Attend trade shows and company meetings as required 
Weekly on-time reporting of sales pipeline and forecasting information
