					<description><![CDATA[My client, Global Technology Leaders are experiencing rapid growth in the FX Derivatives arena and are seeking an innovative sales or structurer to leverage from their FX derivatives experience to specify market leading pricing, execution and trade management tools and increase FX product coverage.

This entrepreneurial role involves a high level of autonomy and becoming the “product  specialist” by acting as a conduit between external clients, internal sales specialists,  developers and quants. You will be responsible for specifying, designing and testing the look, functionality of pricing and structuring screens for existing and new FX products for the clients. Also, interpreting variants of term sheets for new FX products and distilling these down to an accurate specification for pricing screens and tools suitable for those trading these products. As well as monitoring client feedback and issue queues and responding to and prioritising these. 

Essential requirements: -  The ideal candidate will have 3/4 years plus in either in sales or structuring at an investment bank pricing derivative structures - Strong understanding of FX derivatives including market conventions, vanilla/exotic options, and standard strategies - Familiarity with the workflow involved in trading FX structured products, from price exploration/revaluation, and execution/affirmation/confirmation right through to booking, trade management and scenario analyses - Experience interpreting and/or producing term sheets for FX structured products - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Desirable but not essential: Experience with structured products in other asset classes, particularly structured notes, with regulatory risk reporting and VaR, with Interest Rate and/or Commodity derivatives.
