Research or Recruitment Consultant
Riversdale Consulting has spent the last 5 years working with some of the worlds leading banks, hedge funds and financial software vendors providing a variety of recruitment services and placing a range of individuals from £35,000 Marketing Executives to £500,000 Heads of Electronic Trading. We recruit in one of the biggest growth areas within trading and technology and to help us deal with continued demand for high quality candidates we are now recruiting two individuals as Research or Recruitment Consultants to work with our existing client base.
To fulfil this position you should be capable of the following;-
- The identification of candidates for our current opportunities.
- The ability to brief candidates on suitable roles and the prepping of candidates for client interview.
- The ability to manage the logistics of the recruitment process – from interview through to offer.
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database and marketing job opportunities to both new and existing candidates.
- The introduction of suitable candidates to existing clients’ base.
- To understand the general recruitment needs of a group of clients and to have the ability to market suitable candidates to those clients.
- To develop long term, trusted and mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and clients.
- To attend client meetings and have the ability to understand a clients requirements.
- To communicate the clients requirements to candidates clearly and effectively.
- To work with clients on recruitment exercises from taking the initial brief to the successful completion of the recruitment campaign.
