Haydn Reynolds is a Director of Riversdale Consulting and co founded the organisation in 2002. He has spent over 15 years in the recruitment industry working exclusively within Investment Banking, Sales and Technology. During that time he has specialised in the recruitment of technology, managerial and sales professionals for Banks, Investment Managers and Hedge Funds along with the vendors of trading systems and broader software and solutions providers that service this community. He has a high degree of market knowledge and strong business ethics.
Jon Regan
Jon Regan is a Director of Riversdale Consulting and co founded the organisation in 2002. Prior to forming Riversdale Consulting Jon spent over 10 years recruiting within the Investment Banking and Asset Management marketplace specialising in information technology and consulting. He set up and managed the TMP Worldwide Canary Wharf office and was the director of TCS Group Financial Services recruitment team.
Marcus Newman
Marcus Newman joined Riversdale Consulting in 2003 having worked at an institutional equity electronic brokerage marketing DMA, algorithmic trading and generic connectivity services to the European marketplace. As the electronic market has grown, Marcus has built an excellent network of clients and candidates within this arena ranging from tier one banks, electronically biased brokerages and the complimenting vendor community. He has an in depth understanding and detailed knowledge of the cross asset class electronic trading marketplace. Marcus was promoted to a Director in 2006.
Fatiha Belorf
Fatiha joined Riversdale Consulting as the Head of Research in January 2009 having spent 11 years recruiting within the financial services sector specialising in front office capital and global markets. Fatiha specific expertise is in the research function of the recruitment process as she brings a methodical approach to providing tailored research solutions and in this capacity she will be leading the research function at Riversdale Consulting.
